In the North Bay, Sonoma County's law enforcement community is mourning one of their own. Jessica Avila Munoz was a juvenile correctional counselor. She was off duty Friday, driving to pick her daughter up at school when she was killed by a suspected drunk driver, who had four previous DUI arrests.
